1430.01 2011 EDITION OF THE OHIO BUILDING CODE ADOPTED.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the current edition of the Ohio Building Code is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference by and for the City of Pepper Pike and commercial buildings and structures within the City of Pepper Pike shall comply with the applicable provisions of such Code.
