1420.03 VIOLATIONS.

No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions and requirements of the Residential Code as adopted in Section 1420.01 or fail to comply with any order made thereunder or violate any detailed statements, specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder.
