Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the current edition of the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the location, design, materials, construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, maintenance, removal and demolition of one, two and three family dwellings and appurtenant structures within the City of Pepper Pike.
