The design of the water system, the storm and sanitary sewerage systems and roadways shall be in accordance with the various standards and requirements described in Sections 1248.04 through 1248.06 and 1248.08. Drawings and specifications for the improvements shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer, and the installation shall be subject to his or her continuous inspection.
At the completion of the construction and before acceptance, the developer shall furnish the City a set of record or "as-built" tracings showing the locations, sizes and elevations of all underground utilities.
