860.02 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall peddle or solicit without having an unrevoked license from the City valid for such purpose, in effect at the time and issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

(b) No person shall peddle or solicit without having complied with the provisions of Section 860.04.
