The SWP3 and Abbreviated SWP3 review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the City of Pepper Pike building department before the review process begins. Please consult with City Engineer for the current fee schedule.
(a) The owner shall initially deposit the sum of $750.00 with the Building Department to defray the cost of professional review and inspection of the owner's plan.
(b) The Director of Finance shall deposit all funds received under Section 1520.11 of this Chapter into a fund under the name of the owner depositing such money. All expenses incurred by the City for the review and inspection of the owner's plan and the subject site shall, upon proper authorization, be paid by the Director of Finance out of such fund.
(c) If, at any time prior to the completion of the project for which the owner has sought approval, and individual fund has a balance of less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), the Director of Finance shall request in writing that the owner deposit, within ten (10) days of such written request, additional funds to create a fund balance of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(d) The City Engineer, or his/her designee, shall notify the Finance Director at such time when the City's review and inspection process for each case has been completed and no additional professional review or inspections are necessary. The Finance Director, or his/her designee, shall verify with all professional reviews and inspectors that they have submitted all of their invoices and that these invoices have been paid for that particular case. The Finance Director shall then promptly refund the balance of any funds remaining on deposit for that particular case to the entity who made such deposit with the City.
