(A) Purpose.
(1) This regulation is to assist in the snow removal from the business area on Second Street and is not part of, nor shall conflict with snow emergency parking regulations.
(2) To ensure effective snow removal on Second Street from November 1 to April 1, this shall apply between Pine Street and Prairie Street (blocks numbered 300, 400, and 500).
(B) Restricted parking. Parking is restricted to odd/even starting dates:
(1) On odd calendar dates, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day, park on the side
of the street with odd numbered addresses. At 7:00 a.m., the vehicle shall be moved to the other side of the street.
(2) On even calendar dates, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the following day, park on the side of the street with even numbered addresses. At 7:00 a.m., the vehicle shall be moved to the other side of the street.
