§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 71.17 shall pay any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of the motor vehicle.
