§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   General penalty. The penalty for violation of any provision of §§ 70.01 through 70.04 of this chapter shall be forfeiture as hereinafter provided for in Wis. Stat. §§ 345.20 through 345.53.

   (B)   Uniform offenses. Forfeitures for violation of any provisions of Wis. Stat. Ch. 340 to 348 adopted by reference in § 70.01(A) and (B) shall conform to forfeitures for violations of the comparable state offense, including any variations or increases for a second offense.

   (C)   Special local regulations. Whoever violates any provision of §§ 70.01(C), 70.02, or 70.03 shall be punished as provided § 10.99.
