§ 50.21 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS; EXEMPTIONS.
   All private wells located on any premises which is served by the public water system of the village shall be properly filled by January 1, 1989. Only those wells for which a well operation permit has been granted by the Village Clerk may be exempted from this requirement, subject to conditions of maintenance.
