§ 113.06 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture as per § 10.99 and is adopted by reference.
    (B)   Each day a violation exists, or continues, shall be considered a separate violation. Where/when appropriate, injunctive relief may be sought by the village against continuing violations.
