§ 113.04 LICENSE REQUIRED.
    (A)   It is unlawful for any person(s) to operate a mobile restaurant, as defined above, on public or private property, except for privately-owned, commercially zoned property within the village without first obtaining a permit from the Village Clerk. Permits are set to expire on December 31 of each year. A set fee of $200 annually or $50 for a one weekend use will only be granted upon verification of a state- approved license and liability insurance.
   (B)   The application for a license shall be on forms provided by the City Clerk and shall include the following:
      (1)   Name, signature, phone number, email contact and business address of the applicant; and
      (2)   Information on the mobile food vehicle, including the year, make and model of the vehicle and dimensions, which shall not exceed 36 feet in length or nine feet in width.
   (C)   A license issued under this chapter shall not be transferable from person to person and shall not be transferred between vehicles.
   (D)   All licenses shall be prominently displayed on the mobile restaurant.
