Each licensed premises shall be maintained and conducted in a sanitary manner and shall be a safe and proper place for the purpose for which used. All rules and regulations affecting the sanitation of Class B premises adopted by the Board of Health of the village pursuant to Wis. Stat. Ch. 251 are hereby adopted and made a part of this subchapter.
