§ 110.50 POSTING OF LICENSE.
   Every license or permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be enclosed in a suitable frame having a transparent front which allows the license or permit to be read. All such licenses or permits shall be conspicuously displayed for public inspection at all times in the room or place where the activity subject to permit or license is carried on. It shall be unlawful for any person to post such license or permit, or to be permitted to post such, upon premises other than those mentioned in the application, or knowingly to deface or destroy such license or permit, or to remove such without the consent of the licensee or permit holder. Whenever a license or permit shall be lost or destroyed without fault on the part of the holder or an agent or employee, a duplicate in lieu thereof shall be issued by the Village Clerk on verification of the facts, upon the payment of a fee of $1.
