(A) No license shall be transferable as to licensee, except as provided by Wis. Stat. § 125.04(12)(b).
(B) Every license or permit issued pursuant to this subchapter may, upon authority granted by the Board and upon payment of a fee of $10, be transferred from one premises to another within the village, but no licensee shall be entitled to more than one such transfer in any one license year. The application and proceedings for such transfer shall be made on the form furnished by the State Department of Revenue and shall be made in the same form and manner as the original application.
