§ 110.44 APPLICATION.
   (A)   Application for a license to sell or deal in intoxicating liquor shall be made in writing on the form prescribed by the State Department of Revenue and shall be filed with the Village Clerk not less than 15 days prior to the granting of such license. The premises shall be physically described to include every room and storage space to be covered by the license, including all rooms not separated by a solid wall or joined by connecting entrances.
   (B)   The application shall be accompanied by the cost of publication as stipulated by Wis. Stat. § 125.04(3), and shall be published as therein prescribed.
   (C)   Whenever anything occurs to change any fact set out in the application of any licensee, such licensee shall file with the issuing authority a notice in writing of such change within ten days after the occurrence thereof.
   (D)   The Board shall meet and act upon applications as provided by Wis. Stat. § 125.51(1)(c). Upon approval, a duplicate copy of each application shall be forwarded to the State Department of Revenue.
