§ 110.28 DANGEROUS WEAPONS PROHIBITED IN LICENSED PREMISES.
   No person shall enter or remain upon the licensed premises of any Class A, B, or C intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverage licensee when they carry or otherwise possess a dangerous weapon, whether concealed or not, or whether encased in a container or not. No license holder or his or her employee shall permit any person to enter or remain upon the licensed premises who is in violation of this section. For the purposes of this section, a DANGEROUS WEAPON shall include but not be limited to any rifle; shotgun; revolver; pistol; bow and arrow; gas, air, or spring operated gun, including a pellet, BB, or dart gun; gun or firearm of any kind; knife; sword; or other weapon the use of which could cause bodily harm regardless of whether the weapon is loaded or not with ammunition and including any facsimile, replica, model, or toy resembling a dangerous weapon.
