§ 110.23 OPERATOR’S LICENSE.
   (A)   A beverage operator’s license as provided by Wis. Stat. § 125.17 may be issued by the Board to persons upon the payment of a fee of $5. A written application shall be filed with the Village Clerk stating the name and residence of the applicant. The application shall be referred to the Chief of Police for a report. No license shall be granted to a person under 18 years of age.
   (B)   Operator’s licenses shall expire on June 30 next ensuing. The license fee under this section shall be paid to the Village Treasurer who shall deposit such fees in the General Fund. Each operator’s license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the room or place where alcoholic beverages are drawn or removed for service or sale.
