§ 110.21 GRANTING OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Opportunity shall be given by the governing body to any person to be heard for or against the granting of any license. Upon the approval of the application by the Board, the Village Clerk shall, upon the payment to the village of the fee provided by § 110.17 of this chapter, issue to the applicant a license. Such license fees shall be paid to the Village Treasurer who shall deposit them in the General Fund. The full license fee shall be charged for the whole or fraction of any year except as provided in § 110.17(B) of this chapter.
   (B)   All licenses shall be numbered in the order in which they are issued and shall state clearly the specific premises for which granted, the dates of issuance, the fee paid, the name of the licensee, and shall expire on June 30 thereafter. The provisions of Wis. Stat. § 125.04(4) shall apply.
