(A) No person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association shall, within the village, distribute, sell, or offer for sale or keep for sale at wholesale or retail any fermented malt beverage, or cause the same to be done without having procured a license as provided in this subchapter, except as provided in Wis. Stat. § 125.06.
(B) A license shall be required for each stand, place, room, or enclosure, or for each suite of rooms or enclosures which are in direct connection or communication or contiguous to each other where such beverages are kept, sold, or offered for sale, and no license shall be issued to any person or corporation for the purpose of possessing, selling, or offering for sale any such beverage in any dwelling house, flat, or apartment house.
