Refusal by the owner to comply with this chapter in the time allotted shall result in a forfeiture for each day of violation as set forth in § 10.99 of this code. If not corrected within 30 days, the village shall cause the removal of the offending lighting at the expense of the owner and the expenses incurred may be recovered in like manner as municipal taxes.
