§ 93.22 USE OF VESSELS AS A RESIDENCE.
   No vessel moored or berthed within the Pepin Harbor shall be used as a place of residence. For the purpose of this regulation, any vessel used as an overnight accommodation in excess of ten days in any 30- day period shall be considered a residence.
