§ 93.20 TAMPERING WITH OR BOARDING VESSELS.
   It shall be unlawful to willfully injure, break, remove, or tamper with any part of any vessel in the Pepin Harbor, any waterway or maritime facility, or to climb into or upon any vessel without the consent of the owner, unless in the performance of official duties or to protect life or property.
