§ 93.17 SWIMMING AREA DESIGNATED; FISHING AND BOATING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The swimming area will be that water area in Lake Pepin which has its outside perimeter marked off by buoys. Swimming shall be prohibited in the Pepin Harbor.
   (B)   The swimming area for the village shall be marked off by buoys and on the shore side of such buoys, no fishing of any kind or boating of any kind shall be permitted.
