§ 93.16 MARKERS AND SIGNS; INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Standard markers. All markers and signs placed upon the waters of Lake Pepin shall comply with the regulations of the Conservation Commission.
   (B)   Interference with markers. No person shall without authority, remove, damage, destroy, moor, or attach any watercraft to any buoy, beacon, marker, or sign in the area of the lake as shall be necessary under this subchapter.
