(A) For the purposes of this section, all references herein to “park” shall mean the Laura Ingalls Wilder Memorial Park located within the village.
(B) The park shall be open to the public on each and every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. but shall be closed at all other times. It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon the premises of such property except at those times when the park is open as set forth herein.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to litter upon the grounds of the park or to commit any act of vandalism on the premises of the park.
(D) Any person or group desiring to reserve the designated shelter within the park for any given day shall make application therefore to the Village Clerk for an official permit at least 48 hours prior to the time desired for such reserved use. Reservations shall be by official permit only.
(E) No one shall park any motor vehicle upon the park premises at any time except authorized police or emergency vehicles, unless prior written permission is received from the Village Clerk.
(F) All vending in the park is subject to approval by the Village Board. Applications are available at the Village Clerk’s office.
