§ 11.01 INCORPORATION OF VILLAGE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   (A)   A certain Pepin County ordinance passed on April 19, 1882, providing for the incorporation of the Village of Pepin, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if set out fully herein.

   (B)   Copies of such incorporation ordinance are available for public inspection during normal hours at the office of the Village Clerk.
