§ 72.58 CONDITIONS.
   Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 23.33(8)(d) and Ch. 73 of this title, the following restrictions are placed on the use of the village roadways and alleys for all-terrain vehicle and utility terrain vehicle routes designated by this subchapter.
   (A)   All all-terrain vehicle and utility terrain vehicle operators shall observe speed limits not to exceed 25 mph on village roadways and ten mph on alleys. On County Road CC and County Road N (Dunn Street), the speed limit is as posted.
   (B)   All all-terrain vehicle and utility terrain vehicle operators shall proceed single file.
   (C)   No person shall operate either an ATV or UTV on any of the designated routes (village streets or alleys) subject to this subchapter who fails to meet all of the following conditions:
      (1)   Each operator shall be at least 16 years of age;
      (2)   Each operator shall hold a valid driver’s license;
      (3)   Each operator between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age shall hold a valid safety certificate as defined at Wis. Stat. § 23.33(5)(d);
      (4)   All operators are responsible for obtaining and confirming valid insurance is in force for liability, medical, and property damage;
      (5)   All ATV/UTVs shall be registered and properly display registration; and
      (6)   Operators and passengers under 18 years of age must wear a helmet.
