The Economic Development Committee shall consist of between five and nine members appointed by the Village President, one of whom shall be designated Chairperson. Appointments to the Committee shall be subject to the advice and consent of the corporate authorities. Committee members shall serve during the fiscal year, or until their successors are appointed and qualified.
