§ 33.18 SECRETARY.
   The Commission shall have power and authority to appoint annually a competent secretary who shall keep a true and complete record of all meetings and actions of the Commission. The secretary shall also perform such duties as may be required by the Commission. The official record of such Commission shall be kept in the office of the Village Clerk and shall be available for public inspection.
