§ 32.11 TELECOMMUNICATOR.
   A telecommunicator is under direct supervision of the Chief of Police, transmits and receives law enforcement messages and data by two-way radio and telecommunication equipment, monitors or provides base station service for multiple police priority channels, processes confidential material; initiates, relays, and interprets information relating to the safety and well being of law enforcement officers and citizens.
