§ 32.08 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police may make or describe such rules and regulations for the guidance of the members of the Police Department as he shall see fit; such rules, when approved by the President and Board of Trustees, shall be binding on such members. (See Police Department Policy Manual issued and adopted January 1, 1982.)
