(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. Except when fines and costs are paid by authorized compromise payment prior to court, the Circuit Clerk shall add to the fine any and all costs and fees upon an authorized disposition.
