(A) It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every principal structure in the village to have placed thereon, in a space on that portion of the structure closest to the right-of-way, numeric figures at least three inches high and visible from the street, of a contrasting color.
(B) All multi-family structures shall bear the unit number and last name of the occupant on the front of the structure. Each dwelling unit shall also bear the unit number visible on every entrance door.
