All lots, buildings, and structures in the village shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan:
(A) Main Street shall be the base line for streets running north and south, and Second Street for streets running east and west.
(B) One number of digit shall be assigned for each 30 feet of frontage.
(C) The odd numbers shall be on the east and north sides of the street.
