(A) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the plans, drawings, and the like, for any new construction work, alteration, repair, expansion, addition, or modification of any new buildings or existing buildings as defined in the adopted technical codes, and its appendices, herein shall be furnished to the Building Department for review.
(B) The architect, builder, or owner shall furnish the Building Department no less than two sets of stamped plans, plus one additional copy of the plans, drawn to scale of not less than inch to one foot or as approved by the Building Department.
