§ 113.098 CERTAIN PICTURES PROHIBITED; OBSCENE SHOWS.

It shall be unlawful to permit any person to offer or present any motion picture which has a tendency to cause a riot or public disturbance of the peace; or any obscene picture or performance as OBSCENE is defined in § 133.01.
