§ 113.075 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate or conduct a public dance in the village without having first obtained a license therefor as is herein provided.

   (B)   The fee for such public dances to be held in any one premise shall be $10 for a single dance.
