(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall operate, maintain, or conduct a billiard, pool, or bagatelle or pigeon-hole table open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor as herein required. All applications for such license shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of tables to be used therein.

(B) The annual fee for such license shall be $10 for each table and shall be obtained from the Village Clerk.
