§ 30.04 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be established in accordance with the Open Meetings Act of the state. The meeting place of said Board of Trustees shall be held in the Peotone Municipal Complex, 208 Main Street, unless otherwise ordered by the Board.

    (B)   Special meetings may be called by the President of the Village or any three Trustees upon at least 48 hours written notice to all members and the President, as well as notice in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act; provided that if all the Trustees are present at a special meeting, no notice of the meeting to the Trustees shall be necessary and such notice shall be deemed waived, but the notice to the public still shall be given in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
