§ 99.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE; DISPLAY.

(A) Application for a permit for a garage sale shall be made to the Village Clerk, on the form provided, at least 48 hours prior to the sale. Applications shall state the name, address, date and times for the garage sale.

(B) The fee for a permit for a garage sale shall be $5, and such permit shall be prominently displayed at the entrance of the sale area.
