For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARAGE SALE. Includes garage, yard, basement, attic, rummage, and tag sales and any similar event at which miscellaneous personal property owned and accumulated at the dwelling unit are sold from private, residential property, indoors or outdoors. No other sales are permitted on residential property.
