(A) It shall be the duty of any person, firm, or corporation maintaining any such driveway to keep the same free from snow and ice or any obstruction; and to keep the same in good repair where the same crosses a public sidewalk.

(B) It shall be the duty of the person maintaining the driveway to keep the same, and any culvert thereunder, in good repair where it crosses the sidewalk, and free from obstruction and openings.
