§ 97.56 BOND; LIABILITY.
   No such permit shall be issued unless and until the applicant has filed with the Village Clerk a bond in the sum of $10,000 to indemnify the village and protect it against any loss or liability resulting from such excavation, or any barricades in connection therewith, or from defective refilling or resurfacing.
