§ 97.46 DEFECTIVE SIDEWALKS IN RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO PROPERTY.
   (A)   Every sidewalk which is so worn or out of repair as to endanger the safety of persons passing over the same, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and a violation of this Code.
   (B)   The owner or occupant of any property which has a defective sidewalk in the right-of-way adjacent to his property shall be required to repair such sidewalk and abate the nuisance without delay. Failure to abate such nuisance after notice to abate from the Manager of the Public Works Department shall be a violation of this Code.
