§ 97.45 PAVEMENT TO BE KEPT IN GOOD REPAIR.

All public streets, alley, and sidewalk pavements shall be kept in good repair. Such repair work, whether done by the village or by the abutting owner shall be under the supervision of the Manager of the Public Works Department.
