The village will provide a rebate for the construction of new sidewalk for existing residences or replacement of old sidewalks that are damaged. This rebate does not apply to new subdivisions, or re-subdivisions, but all other regulations are in effect for subdivisions and re-subdivisions. The amount of such rebate shall be determined on an annual basis by resolution passed by the Board of Trustees.
