§ 97.09 GASOLINE PUMPS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to maintain or erect any gasoline pump or tank, or similar structure in any public street, alley, or sidewalk without having first obtained a permit therefor from the Board of Trustees.
