§ 95.07 RADIOS; DEVICES USED IN PARADES.
   This chapter shall not apply to radios in homes or in private pleasure vehicles, when the same are operated in such a manner as not to be audible at a distance of 50 feet from the home or vehicle; nor to noisy devices, bands, or other musical devices used in any public parade in accordance with the ordinances of the village.
