§ 95.04 HOURS RESTRICTED.

No special event licensee shall use, operate, or employ any such device within the village limits on Sunday or after the hours of 10:00 p.m. or before the hour of 8:00 a.m. prevailing time, of any day. Hours of operation for commercial amplifier licenses shall be established by the Village Board of Trustees and are subject to modification at the sole discretion of the Village Board.
